2025 Pilot Program Through BSAP

We are proud to highlight Imagine Etiquette’s Empowered Path: A SEVA™ Girls Initiative, a transformational pilot program launched in 2025 through the Black Student Achievement Program (BSAP).

In response to district needs, Imagine Etiquette was invited to pilot Empowered Path at four Los Angeles high schools:

  • King Drew Magnet High School

  • Los Angeles High School

  • Washington High School

  • Westchester High School

Empowered Path was thoughtfully designed to create safe, affirming spaces for young women to explore identity, build confidence, and strengthen self-worth—while developing essential life and leadership skills.

Core focus areas of the pilot included:

  • Self-esteem development and personal identity

  • Healthy communication and peer relationships

  • Emotional awareness and self-regulation

  • Goal-setting, accountability, and leadership mindset

  • Building confidence, voice, and personal agency

Rather than a one-size-fits-all approach, Empowered Path meets students where they are—guiding them through reflection, dialogue, and growth in a way that feels supportive, empowering, and culturally responsive.

The success of this pilot reaffirmed the importance of intentional, gender-specific spaces that encourage young women to lead with confidence, compassion, and purpose. We are honored to partner with BSAP schools and look forward to expanding Empowered Path in the years ahead.
